THE DREAM

I was sleeping in a cabin on stilts built over a calm sea. In my dream, I awoke, and dove out the open window into the night ocean.I was immediately in the body of a dolphin. I swam and leapt through the water in this magnificent sleek collection of strong muscles perfectly attuned to minute movements, powerful thrusts, and graceful maneuvers using my torso, tail, and fins. The mind muscle connection was profound, my spirit ecstatic. My bottle nose sliced through the water effortlessly, my dolphin body following with such speed.

I felt sleek, powerful, playful joyous! A torpedo doing ballet.

My 30th anniversary of a life saving double organ transplant and this very lucid dream dolphin body inspired me to find fitness in this body, the one God gave me.
